Add Collection connects an NFT collection you created on Solana to your Apetopia community. Once linked, it powers holder verification, analytics, giveaway eligibility, and every other NFT-gated feature across the platform.

Go directly to this feature in your dashboard.
This is a Pro plan feature. You can add up to 10 collections per community.

How to access

Go to NFT Collections in your dashboard sidebar (or from the NFT Collections page → Add Collection).

How it works

Apetopia scans your connected Solana wallet and finds every collection where your wallet is the primary creator or update authority. You select the collection(s) you want to add, and Apetopia links them to your community and begins indexing their NFTs automatically in the background.

Step 1 — Community setup (new communities only)

If you don’t have a community yet, you’ll first set up:
  • Community name — shown across all public pages
  • Public URL — your hub URL at apetopia.co/hub/your-name
  • Logo — upload an image or paste a URL (optional)
Existing communities skip this step and go straight to collection selection.

Step 2 — Select your collections

Apetopia scans the connected wallet and shows all collections where that wallet is the primary creator or update authority.
  • Select one or more collections (up to 10 total across your community)
  • Collections already in your community are shown as already added and can’t be selected again
  • Click Add Collection to confirm

Step 3 — Automatic indexing

As soon as you confirm, Apetopia begins indexing the NFTs in the background automatically — no extra steps needed. Depending on collection size, this may take a few seconds to a few minutes. You can navigate to the collection’s Manage page to see the import progress.

Multiple wallets

If your collection was created from a different wallet than the one you signed in with, add it first in Settings → Wallets (apetopia.co/dashboard/settings/wallets), then come back to Add Collection — it will appear in the wallet selector at the top.
If your collection doesn’t appear, make sure the wallet you scanned is the primary creator or update authority — secondary royalty addresses or co-creator wallets won’t show collections in the scan.
