Using rewards in programs and campaigns
When you create a Referral Program or Campaign, the Reward field shows a dropdown of your active rewards. Select one to fill in the reward automatically. If you need something that isn’t in your catalog yet, choose Custom reward… and type it in. You’ll also see a Save to rewards catalog checkbox — check it to add the reward to your catalog so it’s available for future programs. The /rewards Discord command
Members can type /rewards in any channel to see the current active rewards. Each reward appears as a color-coded embed — indigo for Discord Roles, emerald for Whitelist Spots, amber for NFTs, and pink for Custom rewards.
Activating and deactivating rewards
Each reward can be toggled active or inactive. Deactivating a reward hides it from reference without deleting it — useful for seasonal or one-time rewards you might want to bring back later.Tips
- Name rewards specifically. “VIP Role” is better than “Special Role.” “Top 3 Inviter Badge + weekly shoutout” is better than “recognition.”
- Keep your rewards list clean. Archive rewards that are no longer relevant.
- Tiered rewards work well — first place gets something better than second and third. It creates competition and drives more effort from your top contributors.
