Community Health gives you a single number that combines engagement, retention, growth, and consistency into one at-a-glance indicator. Instead of checking every metric individually, you can see immediately whether your community is on a good trajectory — or needs attention.

Score components

The Score Components section breaks down what’s driving your overall score, each rated 0–100 and color-coded the same way:
ComponentWeightWhat it measures
Engagement30%How frequently active members send messages — messages per user per day
Retention25%Percentage of members who return week-over-week
Growth25%Net member growth relative to total community size
Consistency20%How many days in the period had at least some community activity
Each component also shows a short description explaining why that score was assigned.

Period selector

Use the 7d / 30d / 90d buttons in the top right to change the time window. Periods with insufficient data are automatically disabled.
The health score is a directional guide, not an absolute verdict. Track the trend over time — a consistently rising score means your efforts are working, even if the number itself isn’t perfect yet.
If your score is low, start with the two highest-weight components: Engagement and Retention. Improving either one has the most impact on the overall score.
