Notifications are targeted alerts sent to you when something in your community requires a response or a decision. Unlike the Activity feed (which logs everything automatically), notifications are specifically for things you should know about.

Severity levels
| Severity | When you’ll see it |
|---|
| 🔴 Error | Something failed — an airdrop didn’t complete, the bot lost permissions, etc. |
| 🟡 Warning | Something needs attention but isn’t broken yet |
| 🔵 Info | A completed action worth knowing about — airdrop finished, giveaway ended, daily report posted |
Managing notifications
Marking as read — Click any notification to mark it as read. If it has a direct link, clicking it takes you there and marks it read at the same time.
Mark all as read — Use the Mark all read button at the top to clear everything at once.
Filtering — Switch between All and Unread to focus on what still needs your attention.
The unread badge
The red number badge on the Notifications sidebar item shows how many unread notifications you have. It updates automatically as new alerts come in.
Make it a habit to check notifications before starting any major community action. Error alerts often point to things that need fixing first (like bot permissions) before other tools will work correctly.
