Auto Messages let you set up messages that the bot sends automatically on a schedule — no manual effort required. Use them for weekly reminders, recurring announcements, community rules refreshers, or any content you want posted on a regular basis.

What you can automate

  • Weekly event reminders
  • “Welcome to the week” posts
  • Rule or guideline refreshers
  • Scheduled promotional messages
  • Regular calls to action (“Don’t forget to invite a friend!”)

Creating an auto message

  1. Go to Community → Auto Messages
  2. Click New Auto Message
  3. Select the target channel
  4. Write your message content (supports Discord markdown)
  5. Set the interval — choose how often the bot posts: every 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, or 1 week
  6. Click Save
The bot will start posting on schedule from that moment on.

Managing existing messages

All your auto messages are listed in the dashboard. From there you can:
  • Pause a message temporarily without deleting it
  • Edit the content or schedule
  • Delete it permanently
Don’t overdo it. One or two well-timed auto messages per week is usually enough. Too many automated posts can feel spammy and reduce engagement.
