The Server Report is an automatic AI-written summary of your Discord community’s activity, posted to your server once a day at a time you choose. Your team wakes up to a clear recap of what happened — member changes, message activity, top contributors, and more — without having to log into the dashboard.

Server Report is a Pro plan feature.

How it works

Silverback reads a source channel (where your community talks), generates an AI summary of the activity, and posts it to a delivery channel of your choice — once a day at the time you set.

Setting it up

  1. Go to Silverback → Server Report
  2. Enable the toggle
  3. Select the summary channel — the channel Silverback reads to generate the report
  4. Select the delivery channel — where the report gets posted (e.g. a private staff channel)
  5. Set the delivery time and timezone
  6. Save — the bot handles the rest automatically
Use Send test report to verify the bot has access to both channels before going live.

Tips

  • Post the report to a private staff channel so your team starts each day informed without cluttering public channels.
  • Make sure the bot has Read Message History in the summary channel and Send Messages in the delivery channel.
