# Community Digest

> A short daily AI summary of what happened in your community — delivered every morning.

The Community Digest is a daily snapshot of your community's activity, written by Silverback AI. Think of it as your morning briefing — a quick read that tells you what happened yesterday and how things are trending.

## What's included

Each digest covers the past 24 hours and includes:

* **Activity summary** — messages, active members, and how it compares to your 7-day average
* **Member changes** — new joins and departures
* **Top channels** — where the most conversation happened
* **Top contributors** — your most active members
* **Trend signal** — whether activity is up, flat, or down vs your baseline

## Generating a digest

Digests are triggered manually by you — there is no automatic schedule. To generate one:

1. Go to **Silverback → Community Digest**
2. Click **Generate today's**

You can generate one digest per day. If you generate again the same day, the previous one is replaced with fresh data.

## Sharing to Discord

Each digest has a **Share** button that lets you post it directly to any Discord channel your bot has access to. Click **Share** on the digest card, select a channel, and click **Post to Discord**.

## Browsing history

All past digests are saved and listed in reverse chronological order. Click any digest to expand and read it.
