# Affiliate Program

> Earn recurring commissions by referring other communities to Apetopia Pro.

The Affiliate Program lets you earn money by referring other Discord communities to Apetopia. Every time a community you referred pays for a Pro subscription, you earn a percentage — every month, for as long as they stay subscribed.

## How it works

1. **Join** — register as an affiliate and pick your unique referral code (e.g. `apetopia.co/r/your-code`)
2. **Share** — post your link anywhere: Twitter/X, YouTube, Discord servers, direct messages
3. **Convert** — anyone who upgrades to Pro within 30 days of clicking your link is counted as your referral
4. **Get paid** — commissions accumulate automatically. Once you hit the \$100 minimum, request a payout via PayPal

## Your dashboard

Once you join, your affiliate dashboard shows:

* **Referral link** — your unique `apetopia.co/r/code` URL with a one-click copy button
* **Total clicks** — how many times your link has been visited
* **Conversions** — how many communities upgraded to Pro through your link
* **Pending payout** — commissions earned but not yet paid out
* **Total paid out** — all commissions paid to date
* **Commission history** — a full log of each conversion with amount, plan period, and payout status

## Program terms

* Commissions are voided if the referred community cancels or requests a refund
* Payouts are processed manually — contact support once you've reached the \$100 minimum
* Referral codes must be at least 3 characters, using only letters, numbers, and hyphens

  Recurring commissions compound fast. A community on an annual Pro plan earns you the same commission as 12 monthly conversions — prioritize referrals likely to go annual.
