# Sell Pressure

> Monitor listing ratios and floor price data to detect early sell signals in your collection.

Sell Pressure pulls live data from Magic Eden to tell you how many of your NFTs are listed for sale right now, and how that compares to the total supply. A sudden spike in listings is often the first visible sign that holders are preparing to sell.

  This is a **Pro** plan feature. Data loads automatically when you open the page and is cached for up to 2 minutes. Use the **Refresh** button at the top right to fetch the latest data at any time.

  This tool requires a **Magic Eden slug** to be configured for your collection. If you see a setup warning, go to [**Gallery → Manage**](https://www.apetopia.co/dashboard/gallery) and enter the correct ME slug (e.g. `angry_apes_society`). You can find the slug in your collection's Magic Eden URL.

## What you'll see

### Alert banner

The banner at the top summarizes the current situation at a glance:

| Status         | Threshold     | What it means                               |
| -------------- | ------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Normal**     | \< 15% listed | Listing levels are within expected range    |
| **Caution**    | 15–30% listed | Elevated listings — worth monitoring        |
| **Dump alert** | > 30% listed  | High sell pressure — consider taking action |

### Listing ratio bar

A color-coded bar shows the listing ratio visually:

* **Green** — 0–15% (normal)
* **Amber** — 15–30% (caution)
* **Red** — 30%+ (alert)

### Stats

| Stat              | Source                                              |
| ----------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Listed**        | NFTs currently listed for sale, out of total supply |
| **Floor price**   | Lowest listed price on Magic Eden right now         |
| **Avg price 24h** | Average sale price over the last 24 hours           |
| **Volume 24h**    | Total trading volume over the last 24 hours         |

## What to do when pressure is high

High sell pressure doesn't mean disaster — it means it's a good time to re-engage your holders:

* Run a holder-exclusive raffle or giveaway to reward current owners
* Post a project update to remind people of upcoming developments
* Reach out directly to top holders if they're showing sell signals
* Increase community activity to reinforce the value of holding

  Listing ratio is a leading indicator, not a guarantee. A holder listing their NFT may cancel the listing shortly after. Use it alongside **Community Health** and **Wallet Overlap** for a fuller picture.
