# Download Images

> Bulk download the images from your NFT collection as a ZIP file.

Download Images lets you export all the images from your NFT collection to your computer in one step. Instead of saving each image one by one from a marketplace, you get the full collection in a single download.

## When you'd use this

* Creating a local backup of your collection's images
* Preparing assets for design work or marketing materials
* Generating images to use with Trait Overlays
* Sharing the full image set with a collaborator

## How to download

1. Go to **NFT Suite → Metadata & Assets → Download Images**
2. Select your collection
3. Click **Download ZIP**

Images are fetched directly from Arweave/IPFS and packaged into a ZIP file. Depending on your collection size and internet speed, this may take a few minutes.

## File naming

Images are named by edition number followed by the NFT name (e.g. `0001_Ape_1.jpg`, `0042_Ape_42.png`) so they're easy to match against your metadata. Special characters in NFT names are replaced with underscores.
